Hi Visionary,
Here’s what I’ve noticed: both in my own relationships and in the businesses I coach:
You say something with good intent. You want to share an exciting idea. You want to spark action. You want your team to feel your urgency, your energy, your passion.
But what they hear is:
“We’re behind.” “Everything we’re doing now isn’t enough.” “We’re about to pivot. Again.”
That’s the impact.
Have you ever said something to your Integrator or team, only to be met with silence?
You meant to encourage. To share vision. To inspire urgency.
But what they heard… Was pressure. Or panic. Or disappointment.
This is where a lot of Visionaries get stuck. Because your intention was pure. But your impact missed the mark.
t’s a common pattern—especially for fast-moving thinkers. Visionaries tend to think and act quickly… and feel later. That’s not a flaw. But it is a gap worth noticing.
Unless you recognize that gap, you’ll keep repeating the pattern—and wondering why your team doesn’t feel safe or energized.
You don’t need to slow down. But you do need to tune in.
Because whether you realize it or not, your presence carries weight. Your ideas ripple. And your energy—especially when it’s unfiltered—can overwhelm the very people trying to help you bring it to life.
Leadership isn’t just about vision. It’s about the weight of your words.
